Purpose

The purpose of this brand style guide is to provide guidelines and clarity on how to appropriately create marketing materials associated with The Storehouse Community Center (TSCC or The Storehouse). this guide also covers our organizational values, mission, and vision for our community

At The Storehouse Community Center, we transform lives by helping our neighbors meet their basic needs while connecting them with vital resources to empower them on their journeys We support families at or below the federal poverty level with a holistic pathway of programs that culminates in stable, high-quality employment.

Our Programs

At The Storehouse Community Center, we transform lives by helping our neighbors meet their basic needs while connecting them with vital resources to empower them on their journeys. We support families at or below the federal poverty level with a holistic pathway of programs that culminates in stable, high-quality employment

The Storehouse has four programs that help address our neighbors’ basic needs and connect them to resources on their journey to stable, high quality employment:

Seven Loaves Food Pantry serves over 5,200 families a month Grocery items such as fresh produce, canned meats & vegetables, rice, beans, pasta, frozen meat and fresh dairy are provided to our neighbors to supplement their weekly needs We are supported by local corporations, food service partners, and thousands of volunteers

Project Hope connects neighbors to resources beyond food and clothing Through compassionate case management, we help identify individual needs and connect neighbors to resources within our community, such as medical care, mental health support, furniture, and more By fostering relationships and providing personalized guidance, Project Hope empowers neighbors to access the support they need to thrive

Joseph's Coat distributes gently-used and new clothing for families at no cost This program provides an opportunity for our neighbors to receive clothing for job interviews, school, and special events The clothing items are donated by families within the community, and cleaned and organized by our staff and volunteers before being distributed

The Academy Education Program aims to provide educational opportunities which lead to long-term transformation for our neighbors We offer courses that help our neighbors develop job skills, language skills, and life skills Courses are offered both onsite at The Storehouse and through external partners

Typography

The Storehouse’s primary typeface is Gotham. In applications where Gotham is not available, the Arial font family may be used. However, it is recommended to use Gotham or Arial wherever possible.

The official name of The Storehouse is “The Storehouse Community Center” When referring to The Storehouse the article must be included and capitalized, and it is recommended that the official name (The Storehouse Community Center) be used whenever possible so as not to confuse our clients and audience

When referring to the clients we serve, The Storehouse uses the term “neighbor” to refer to anyone interacting with our organization This language encourages a friendly atmosphere and an inclusive attitude, as The Storehouse believes all people deserve respect and dignity.

The Storehouse Logo

The Storehouse logo combines two elements: the Storehouse logotype and the house icon as a graphical element.

These elements should never be changed Position, size, and color, along with the spatial and proportional relationships of the Storehouse logo elements, are predetermined and should not be altered. Used consistently, they will reinforce public awareness of the brand

When possible, use the 2-color version of the mark in the vertical format. In situations when space is limited or when the format is horizontal, a horizontal format is available to ensure maximum impact

Our primary color palette for all marketing and advertising materials is The Storehouse Blue and The Storehouse White The programs color pallet is available to work in conjunction with the primary palette and colors are available for each program.

Please note that specific colors have been selected for a variety of media and are listed beneath each swatch shown here. Take precautions to enter the correct color values listed here, as some of the values may not match each software program’s automatic conversion

Co-Branding Guidelines: External Partners & Sponsors

In co-branded environments when The Storehouse logo will be used with other corporate and campaign logos, make every effort to ensure that The Storehouse logo carries the same overall weight and size as the other accompanying logos Size limitations may require using the logo with horizontal orientation

Co-Branding Guidelines: Internal Programs

In co-branded environments when internal program logos are to be used, The Storehouse logo must always accompany program logos, Internal programs include The Academy, Seven Loaves, Joseph’s Coat, Work Well, etc Please check with the Director of Communications for exceptions
