SL Industrial Partners is a division of the Silverman Group who oversees industrial leasing and development projects throughout the United States. This division of the Silverman Group currently owns and manages 25 million square feet of industrial product across 20 states. Our prominent development team is currently underway with 15 million square feet of new product across 9 states, including both build to suit and speculative opportunities available in emerging industrial markets such as Windsor CT, Charlotte & Greensboro NC, Charleston SC, Atlanta GA as well as South Florida.
SL Management Group Southeast is responsible for managing and overseeing The Silverman Group’s construction and development projects, with a particular focus on the Southeast region’s growing industrial portfolio. They handle all aspects of development, including land entitlements, site planning, pre-design, and construction work for both speculative and build-to-suit projects. Their meticulous attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship sets them apart, and they prioritize each project. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, their talented team oversees complex projects critical to the company’s long-term success as a premier developer in the region. As The Silverman Group expands its presence in the Southeast, SL Management Group Southeast will play a crucial role in its growth and future success.
C & R Property Management, a Residential Property Management Company, takes a hands on approach to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction and retention. Our professional leasing and maintenance staff are focused on providing responsive service, maintaining the property in a meticulous manner and sustaining a safe, fun community. The C&R portfolio continues to grow rapidly, continuously looking for opportunities for further expansion.
SL Management Group is the real estate management division of The Silverman Group, and manages all our properties. Employees of SL Management work solely for this entity assuring consistent organized control. This team keeps the tenants interests first at all times, providing complete services including office design, space planning, construction management, construction services, and property management. Additionally, a legal department specifically designed for SL Management is at the ready for prompt action on leases and other related documents.
SL Investment Partners is actively looking to make direct investments in closely held businesses. Our primary focus is on businesses in the manufacturing and building products industry, but investments are not exclusive to this sector.
