Bazaar Mar is a beautiful oasis in Las Vegas, a place to enjoy the freshest fruits from the sea prepared just how Chef José Andrés loves them. A celebration of the depths of the ocean, the menu is a journey of discovery and surprise, with a focus on only the very best ingredients. Located within The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas, Bazaar Mar brings the finest elements of the ocean indoors to a bright, theatrical space.
Bar Centro, the luxurious lounge space by José Andrés located just downstairs from Bazaar Mar, is a Spanish-inspired café by day and a beautiful caviar bar at night. The space is open all day for guests looking for the best cup of coffee in Vegas, an afternoon bite inspired by the pastry shops and tapas bars of Spain, or a late-night bottle of bubbles (Spanish or French!). Start your big night out with amazing cocktails and little snacks like one of our famous cones or a mini waffle or end the night with some caviar.
Old Fashioned is a new fragrance of heritage and sophistication, with whiskey accords inspired by the complex taste structure of an 18-year-aged single malt. It leads with an ultra-concentrated Cedarwood Essence and Everlasting Absolute, with long lasting notes of Styrax and Tolu Balm, to suggest aging barrels and the misty wooded moors of Scottish lore.
