planting in Cedarbrook Park wTree Scarborough’s Cedarbrook Park will have 400 new trees this Sunday thanks to volunteers for the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation. A planting there, set to begin at 10 a.m., is one of many TD Tree Days this year across Canada, the group said in a release. A Scarborough company once considered “one of Canada’s leaders of specialty printing” is bankrupt and having its assets auctioned next Thursday, Oct. 24, by its receiver. NS Studios started in 1972 and could print on fabric, wood, metal and plastic as well as paper, said a statement from the company.
