I contacted Nancy late on a Saturday evening, and flew down to Los Angeles the following day to meet with her. Nancy and her partner Brian Joy met me at my sister’s home. After their initial inspection, their expertise in dealing with trust and probate properties, especially one’s in a need of a great deal of TLC, came through.
Clean-up? No problem. Cleaning out months, if not years of hoarding; no problem. Fixing up the property to prepare to market it? No problem.
