As someone who has been doing this job at the highest levels for more than two decades, with numerous awards and tons of community-wide recognition, I’m going to be completely honest and vulnerable with you. For seven months, our seller’s home lingered on the market.

Staged homes sell for 25 percent more than non-staged homes and spend 73

percent less time on the market. It’s easy to understand why. Buyers can’t imagine living

happy lives in empty rooms or rooms that scream the sellers’ tastes. TRG’s vertically integrated staging company made it easy (and much less expensive) to meet this need.

2REPAIRS & COSMETIC RETOUCHING

102 Mirasol had a lot of deferred maintenance. It was in great overall condition, but there were 46 lights out. There were hairline cracks in some windows and marks on several walls. The patio and courtyard had become overgrown with moss. Correcting all of this required coordinating with about seven different vendors. TRG’s Listing Coordinator arranged and oversaw everything. Our seller didn’t have to make a single call (and neither did we). The amount of time this saved was invaluable.

3FIRST-CLASS MARKETING

Let’s face it Real estate agents are great at a lot of things, but we ’ re not always the best writers, editors, or graphic designers. Sometimes we aren’t comfortable with technology, websites, personal branding, or social media. So, why do we try to muddle through every little thing that goes into marketing our listings? Why do we force ourselves to wear so many hats? It might save money on the front-end, but our clients end up paying SO much more when their homes inevitably sit. When it comes to creating that “spark” for buyers, this stuff matters. A lot. So, it’s important to do it right.
