Memorabilia Framing

Custom Made Mirrors

Amanda Jones Amanda produces stunning one-off glass pieces, which come framed in mirror frames as shown. Her work has the theme of ‘Art from the Heart’. The technique she uses dates back to Egyptian times, being just as unpredictable and challenging to work with. Controlling the firing temperature is a crucial part of the process and is learnt by trial and error, when air becomes trapped between the layers, it creates the characteristic elements and textures found in kiln-formed glass.

Ben Wainright

Ben's career started as a graphic designer later becoming freelance although his ambition was always to be a professional artist. Over a period of time Ben has developed a style of painting featuring aspects of city, town and countryside in a monchrome style, enhancing each picture with an element of colour surprise. A truly talented and gifted artist whose work is exciting, detailed and very collectable.

Duncan Palmer Inspired by the Newlyn School of Artists, Palmar’s distinctive representational paintings capture texture, light and atmosphere with seeming effortlessness. He frequently takes English landscapes and coasts as his subjects, and is particularly inspired by the sea with its ‘diverse movements, rhythms and space’.

Ben Jeffery Ben’s work is fairly diverse ranging from portraits to landscapes in both pencil and oils. He loves working with vivid, bright colours to create a unique and modern style. Inspired by the views around him of the Herefordshire countryside and cities around the world .

Anne Blundell Anne enjoys nature and wild countryside yet likes to feel as happy and carefree as she did wandering the Marsh and climbing over old washed up boats. She finds painting naive waterside scenes is particularly satisfying as she can express herself in the spirit of the story without the constraints of perspective or realistic hues, and enter a somewhat imaginative world where all can share in these holiday experiences and memories'.

Leigh Lambert Lambert is an accomplished artist across a range of media, most commonly working in oils on board. His use of colour is minimal, optimistically applying splashes only to the figures that play amidst the otherwise monochromatic landscapes, capturing the joy and vitality of youth.

Allan Morgan Allan is inspired by the landscapes where he lives in Herefordshire. His talent to paint the colours of nature with such contrast and vibrancy give a dynamic injection of colour. This has made him one of our most sought after artists.

Lee Tyler Lee draws his inspiration from all that is organic, natural and experimental, these fundamentals can be seen in his latest works where to some degree he has no control. Lee’s basic palette is mostly primary colours yellow, red and blue and he tries to maintain the purity of these colours throughout the painting process. His current works were created by applying lots of paint and gels mixed with water to create a very fluid uncontrollable effect, finished in a unique resin coating

Stella Parslow

Rozanne Bell Rozanne Marshall-Bell is a self-taught artist, who has had her worked exhibited all over Southern Africa where she was born and lived for 40 years. The colour and the personalities of her animals, the depth and life given to her flowers, not to mention the comedy that characterises her coastal and town scenes, all give a clue to her sense of humour and outlook on life. Rozanne has developed in her work a style and a technique which make each and every painting totally unique.

Iain Faulkner

Iain Faulkner raised and educated in Glasgow and has a BA (Honours) Degree in Fine Art. Faulkner's paintings are concerned with the portrayal of strong and powerful images relying on visual impact as there is rarely any narrative. They are about capturing calm and contemplative moments, intimate exchanges, solitude, sometimes melancholy, heightened in their resonance by the use of chiaroscuro. There is a stillness in the everyday themes which conveys a sense of inner-reflection. This is accentuated by the formality of his young self-engrossed characters and emphasised by the light and shadows reinforcing their emotional detachment.

Lhouette

Lhouette draws on his time in the Royal Navy for inspiration for his art. Lhouette’s art, has been best described by observers as ‘impressions of pop culture’, 'urban styled op art ', 'figurative urban pop' and 'post urban glam'. Ravishing colourations, explosive s tenciling techniques and a cheeky turn of wit make for a peace-shattering clap of visual thunder. Lhouette’s urban touch lends as much to Street Art as it does to Pop Art, deploying a specific stencilling technique which characterises much of his work, flooding the outlines with visually arresting coloured patterns, symbols, images and text to install a sense of urgency and a call to arms mentality on those who pore over it. His decidedly mixed media work starts from a design platform and is then executed through the use of stencils, acrylic and aerosol paints on rough ply canvas, and then sealed in courtesy of a clear lacquer resin finish.

Chris Bourne

Chris Bourne grew up in the countryside, his paintings are a mixture of strong childhood memories and an undiminished love of the landscape. He studied at the Berkshire College Of Art and Design and worked as an Art Director in London for 12 years but is now a professional artist. A sketchbook accompanies him on his solitary rambling walks around the Surrey Hills. Criss-crossing the local footpaths or strolling through the woods, outings can take much longer than average as details are collected for Chris‘s colourful luminescent paintings. Chris‘s images are executed with layers of complex colours and textures, reminiscent of the Impressionists‘ use of paint. Whatever the subject, Chris Bourne strives to capture a timeless innocence, peace and tranquility of halcyon days.

Mary Shaw

Jeremy Barlow From sun-dappled Venetian balconies to busy boulevard cafÊs, weathered and intriguing shop fronts to quiet provincial villages, Jeremy Barlow delights and excels in painting wonderfully atmospheric and evocative scenes, reminiscent of one’s own experiences abroad. His pictures are recognised by his use the strong contrast of deep, rich shadows with pools of bright sunlight, so familiar in southern European countries, to great effect.
