Fitness Specialist, Ciara Morris, is hosting a fitness challenge with the primary objective being to simply get people moving! A healthy lifestyle starts with building healthy habits. Ciara wants to challenge people to walk at least 30 minutes a day Since working out is always better with friends, she wants the participants to be in teams of 4. Having the team aspect will promote accountability. Ciara will do the initial announcement of the challenge during our next lunch and learn on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at noon. In the meantime, start forming your team.
The challenge will start March 1st and will end on March 31st.
Teams will calculate the total miles walked for all members for the week Numbers will be due to Ciara each Monday in March.
Participants can use a smart watch or pedometer to calculate the miles walked.
Contact Ciara at 678-900-5268 or email at cmorris@columbiacountyga.gov for more information

I would also like to thank Captain Chambers for his hard work for getting these guys to this level. This level begins their professional diving experience.
