The oldest release from The Tweeddale range to date - The Evolution! This tasty blended Scotch whisky boasts an impressive 28 year old age statement and a flavour profile packed full of cooked fruit and festive spice notes.
Nose: Apricot and mince pie filling, with touches of oak-y cassia and lemon-drizzle cake.
Palate: Buttered rye bread, nectarine and baked apple. Drying earthiness develops, followed by a whiff a cedar.
Finish: A lasting warmth of cinnamon and toasted brioche.
