EDITORIAL LETTER HAPPY BIRTHDAY CONSCIOUS CREATORS MAGAZINE!

The concept was on my mind in 2015. In March 2016 you could have held the first issue in your hands.

Now it's already March 2018. We celebrate the second birthday of the magazine, and of course the publishing company.

I am endlessly happy and grateful, because during these two years I met many fantastic people, did interviews, and got rich in a lot of information, as well as a lot of useful reading for the readers.

I am endlessly happy and grateful, because few believed in my idea and trusted that the magazine would have a future.

I'm grateful because they made me realize that I could do it.

These two years are evidence that the idea can live on.

Thank you very much for your support, encouragement, friendship, and patience.

Thank you for being part of my life, and thank you for accepting me as I am despite all my mistakes.

Now the time has come to bring the magazine to a new level.

In future you will find many changes on the inside and outside.

Your Peace of Power

Oneness seems to be a simple word, but it has so many levels as well as definitions. Oneness starts deep down inside a person. It is what we should stand for, long for and pray for.

Oneness is Love, kindness, forgiveness, unity and spiritual insight.

It is the reason for living, achieving our goals and finding our true purpose.

Oneness sets us free from our pale selves and from others who are troublesome to our lives. With that being said, how on earth does one achieve Oneness? Over time as I have grown significantly in my spiritual self, I have come to realize that it involves more than just existing on earth. My belief is that it starts with continuous conversations with God that change into an extraordinary, soulful relationship.

This relationship needs to be nurtured throughout each day. Every morning when I take my puppy Charlotte for a walk, my conversation begins. I like to begin with gratitude for my girls, their guys, family, friends, etc. Something I realized over time was to be thankful for all the 'FALLS' as well.

Where we fall is where gain our spiritual understanding. This has been quite the journey thus far and will continue to be so. We are all of our physical world as much as we are the spiritual realm.

When I was young, I had heard of God, heaven, angels, and saints but I had not known I could have full out relationships with them. With all the twists and turns my life has taken, I now have this wonderful connection that allows me to have the right mindset for the day.

For every 'dark' season in my past, it has been a giant step towards feeling closer to God and his greatness. God wants us to be at peace with ourselves and those both near and far. We all have the power to have peace. This does not mean we put ourselves in harm's way with people who are not good for us. I want a passionate life, a life on purpose and to me, that means to love and be loved.

It's about being the best we can be simply one day at a time. It's about extending our homes, hands, and

hearts whatever way we can. Every act of kindness fills up the spiritual bank account. Withholding love, peace, and kindness because we are afraid of rejection is an act that will block potential love coming your way.

Oneness/love comes from our heads as well as our hearts. When we feed ourselves and others with positive words or gestures we are developing a mindset as well as opening our hearts.

I don't speak as if this is always easy.

As I mentioned earlier, oneness is not simple.

Love is craved by all. Oneness is seeking those with the same interests to relate to and feel a part of something bigger than we are.

Ultimately, unity develops and we are all in sync when that love is shared.

The more I practice a loving mindset or share my heart I feel like I am doing what I am supposed to be doing. I feel like my authentic self. I feel that this what God wants for me. I am a long ways from mastering the art of love and all its glory but I am most definitely on the path I need to follow.

Imagine the positive impact on humanity as a whole if the message of unity, oneness, love was written on our walls at home, at school, at work, displayed on billboards, buses, subways, and spaceships. If we could only stretch it to the corners of the earth and to the moon and back. As I have previously stated, it all starts with a conversation, a conversation from the heart to know the purest form of love. The world needs to take more time for love in all its forms.

Resetting our mindset allows us to find harmony within. It is important to feed our children with love from birth so they will grow lovingly. When I think of bullies at school or people who go astray, even criminals, and I believe that they were not born to be cruelthey just didn't get the love they craved. They have suffered and have scrambled through their lives with heavy hearts, isolation and the lack to love or be loved. To get to the point in life when we can forgive these types of people is with great understanding that they are troubled, lonely souls seeking Have Courage and Be Kind, confirmation of their existence.

Each human being"s goal is to be happy . But how ?

How can this be possible ? Many of us humans, tried eagerly to find out the roots of happiness and the true way of reaching it .

Researcher of the subject found out many ways, and theories have been born . One can find a certain degree of truth in each of this theories but we can not set up a hundred per cent recipe of happiness which can satisfy each of us .

It is maybe because we have our own personality with so many wishes , vision , talent , possibility ....., so that is why there are so many possible and so unique approach , as many as we-self are . There steel are fundamental reference points which are of eternal value and true for all and each of us .

To reach happiness it is demanded to posses a healthy self-reliance . The feeling of happiness

caresses us more , if we feel we are valuable , useful , and successful with something we are doing or creating . This can be as well , our parent's function , our partnership , our vocation , hobby , sports , beading , cooking , or anything else we are good at , or good in .

Each of us have at least one if not more - talents , specific only to that individual .

Certainly in our hope and longings for happiness we have to work for it too .

Evaluating ourselves to the degree of "be able " of doing something in order to get through , depends of the fact that we consider ourselves able to do it-respectively - we have the right amount of selfreliance .

Our psychological picture of our self , the way we think about our self , what we believe we are able to and how

much talent we have , it is directly proportional with what we are able to create in our life-time .

So , we have the keys , the answer is in our head, everything starts with us . Our imagination , our inner image of our self is the touch-stone of our creativity furthermore due to our inner image we have the power to rich success and happiness too .

This is not a new thing . Thinking through inner pictures is an ancient capacity , humans used it to transmit knowledge and complex methods to generations who followed them . In our days , unfortunately we experience a decline of this long ago procedure , much more of it we tend to get reed of it , especially when we teach our children - using to tell them "not to dream ". During our childhood , this inner pictures of our"s are steel intensive and coloured , but later in our maturity and older age , these become shadow and disappear from our souls and go forever .

More and more research done in this field show how much important this picture thinking is for our cultural , spiritual life and mental health .

Research made by the Hungarian Dr . Tamรกs Freund brain researcher , proves , that in Europe , nerve-diseases are diagnosed more often, even at a younger age and there are many more cases related to old age dementia , or Alzheimer disease .

The researcher said , that maintaining the brain"s vascular system , it is possible to prevent our inner world of decay . If our senses are stimulated by creativity , positive way of thinking , and good feelings , this diseases can be prevented .

It is important to keep a close watch on our inner pictures and ask for help from the "world of Art " . From a preventive point of view we should pay more attention to Art driven

childhood , as these inner pictures are vivid and alive , we tend to define them fantasies and dreaminess but developing them , we can make a lot of useful progress .

This approach has success in other fields of learning , making it more easy to be integrated in society and enable the way in making a carrier , all this a possible happy and balanced childhood . On the other hand , as adult , one can handle the problems better , can be more successful and have more chances .

Further more it has a preventing and delaying effect of the elder age diseases , thus one can live a better life even at old age . It allows us to keep our capacity of "be able " , to observe and appreciate what beauty is , live an active life , be valuable for the community of our"s and help us to spend happy hours at old age too .

Fortunately there are many ways to develop this talent .

For example visualisation , drawing , visiting museums or reading fairy-tales .

Fairy-tales illustrated with pictures , keeps our imagination light on and make us feel and think better .

The feeling of creativity- selfreliance and happiness are interrelated -the more creative I am , the better I can solve problems , thus I have bigger

success and this increases my self-reliance and happier I am .

Thinking through pictures , imagination , creativity , curiosity were Albert Einstein Opera"s fundamental . As he said , " imagination is more important than knowledge " . This capacity of him , made him a deep thinker and drive him to a unconventional way of thinking , which led him to fundamental laws , never knew before .

Newer-days we each of us face a lot of problems , we get tiered , we get exhausted , or we get insensible to beauty of life .

In a long run all this take us to a stressed life , harming our self-reliance and shorting our performance .In order to re -balance us to a happy and trust full life , it is important to take care of our physical needs as well as our selfreliance .

Working together with my patients I set up a 21 days program , containing exercises meant to improve self-reliance .I have been inspired by people whom I met and who wanted to gain self-reliance but who could "t find any working method , nor practical advise , or they encountered difficulties . You may have heard the statement "We are all one,� but what does that really mean? After all, are you really ONE with EVERYONE? The answer is YES. You are connected to all that is and all that ever was and all that will ever be.

We understand that this is something many of you have difficulty understanding and accepting. You do not wish to believe you are one with those you dislike or with those you judge to be evil and yet EVERYONE and EVERYTHING is an extension of Source Energy.

You may think you are not like others who commit crimes or who treat others badly and yet, you too have the capacity to act in these ways. Imagine, if each of you chose to accept this Truth, what your world would be like and how your experiences in the world would change?

internal pain and suffering and you would be more open to loving and supporting those who appear to be the least deserving of your love and support.

compassion and I do my best to focus on understanding others instead of judging them. It's definitely a paradigm shift and one that I'm still working on.

When I catch myself reacting in judgement toward someone, I stop and remind myself that this person is a part of me and like me, is an extension of Source and this helps me shift from judgment to compassion and love.

Think about this. When do you react and act out towards others in a non-loving way? Is it not when you are suffering and in pain? What is the difference between you and those who may react in more extreme ways? We tell you this…

This doesn't mean I condone all actions committed by others. It means I'm willing the ONLY difference between to look beyond their actions so I can you and another is your level of better understand what could cause understanding and your them to act in such hurtful ways. I really connection to TRUTH. do believe that those who hurt others are hurting too and the depth of hurt You can choose to judge others who they inflict on another is an indication of don't act in accordance with your the depth of hurt they are experiencing definition of what is acceptable and what within themselves. It's only through love isn't, or you can choose to recognize and compassion that inner wounds can that everyone is connected to you and is be healed and the more we extend love worthy of love. You are ALL ONE and and compassion towards others, the the more you extend love to another, the more we receive this ourselves. more you will receive the depth of love Accepting that we are all one helps me you desire and deserve. better understand the words of Jesus when he said, "What you do to another, Marisa's Musings you do to yourself."

When I first heard about the concept of Oneness, I didn't want to believe that I could possibly be one with everyone, especially with murderers and rapists or anyone who committed acts of violence.

Even though I still don't fully understand this, over time I've become open to seeing how this could be possible and it HAS made a difference in how I view others. It has increased my level of

I'm glad we can talk again. Would you share the background about how you became a Peak Performance Coach, how you met Tony Robbins, how your story began?

I grew up in South Africa and had quite a troubled upbringing. It was very tough for me growing up. To be totally honest, I hated my childhood.

But I found something that made me feel good at an early age... sport and fitness. I fell in love with it. It didn’t matter how bad I was being bullied at school or what was going on at home, immersing myself in sport always made me feel good. So I used sport to feel good throughout my childhood.

Then soon after I left school at the age of 19 I fell into the party lifestyle. And I partied very hard for the next few

years. I even became a DJ! And at the highlight of my DJ career I was playing a New Year’s Eve event in Europe and after the event I realised that I hated where I was. Even though I managed to find a way to feel good well I was a child, now as an adult I felt very bad. I was physically, psychologically and emotionally toxic.

I needed to change! And I wanted to change. I was ready. I spoke to a friend of mine who was a coach and he told me to do a few things to change my life immediately and one of the things he told me to do was to start studying the work of Tony Robbins. And I did. He also told me to do something else I love. And of course that was sport! Over the next year and a half I radically transformed my life. I became super fit, healthy and successful in my mind. I became a personal trainer and I started to show people how they can change their life through fitness and high performance habits just like I did. After becoming very successful as a personal trainer in London, I became a life coach and then a speaker. As I grew my business as a coach and speaker I was approached to work with Success Resources and promote Tony Robbins.

I have since met Tony numerous times and ran Tony Robbins Events called “Unleash The Power Within Preview” Events all over Ireland, the U.K., the U.A.E, Europe and South Africa.

How did you become the leader of your life, the creator of your future?

I got out of my own way. The only thing that is stopping us from having anything and everything we want in life is ourselves. I used to be a victim.

I used to blame everyone and everything for where I was in my life.

The moment I started taking full responsibility for my life is the moment that everything changed for me. We must understand and never forget that if we want our lives to change, then we must change. Nothing will move in your life until you move.

So, today I consider myself to be an extremely good decision maker. I make very good decisions 90% of the time. I still fail and I still make mistakes... this is part of life... but I never EVER blame other people for my own mistake. I learn from them, I grow from them and then I keep moving forward.

What values are most important in your life and how do you relay it to people and your clients?

Knowing our own personal values is one of the most important things in our life. How do we know how to hit a target if we can’t see it. Our biggest goals in life are based on our happiness and what makes us feel fulfilled, and what makes us happy and fulfilled is based on our highest values. Knowing our values makes us better communicators and decision makers, because we are able to decide want we want and don’t want based on whether or not what or who is in front of us is inline with our values. I

communicate my values clearly to the people in my life and this allows me to set up very strong boundaries. For example... two of my highest values are freedom and happiness. Therefore, I don’t allow negativity or people who make me feel trapped into my life. By knowing what we want in life it allows us to also identify what we don’t want and what and who we want to move away from.

I read your book How to Move from Ordinary to Extraordinary. I love the principles of peak performance.

What do we need to know about these principles? (I have to say that I practice them all and it works great!)

What methods do you use in your work to give maximal support to people in the unity of love for the experience of abundance?

I ALWAYS operate from a place of love. Actually to come back to the last question... two of my other highest values are Love and Compassion. I do my best to not ‘teach’ love, and instead to ‘show’ love. In everything I do I want people to feel loved and appreciated. My biggest goal in life is “Love In Unity.” I want the world to get back to love and for us to be able to do that we must learn how to love ourselves first. And that is why I LOVE being a coach. I main focus as a coach is to help people feel full. I want everyone in the world to feel that they are good enough. And that they can do whatever they want in their life. Everything becomes possible in our life when we are willing to become our own best friend. And to do this we must go after what makes us happy. We MUST pursue our dreams, no matter what they are. It is why we are here!

I’m really happy to hear that they’ve worked for you! They obviously work for me too haha. The important thing to remember about this book is that it’s about building positive habits in

your life. This book is about 10 of my daily non-negotiable habits. Whether you use mine or not is up to you. The important thing is that you have them!

What we consistently is what we become so it’s important to have “good” things in our daily life that allow us to feel good. Replace the habits that aren’t serving you with habits that DO serve you. What are you doing in your life that is making you feel bad? Whatever it is... get rid of it! What are the things that you’re not doing that you know would start adding value to your life? Start doing them today... and never stop!

I know that your recent book is The Extraordinary CEO. The book has the subtitle How to win in business and life. Please tell us a bit about it.

Many people in life are successful but incredibly unhappy and unfulfilled.

They work so hard at making a living that they forget to make a life outside of work. What is the point of living if you’re not having fun along the way?

It’s filled with easy to apply strategies for winning in all areas of your life so that you can live like a champion. The only things that is stopping you is you. Whatever your goals and dreams are life... go for them... and never give up. I am here to tell you that they are possible. YOU are possible. Openness, Choices and Expectations

By Toby Negus I have felt a bird in flight and saw as the bird saw but that is rare.

More often than not I see the bird and think, that is a bird.

There was a man who lived in a normal house, in a average street, in a regular town and everyday he would get up at 8am and have breakfast and his cup of tea, it was always toast and marmalade and it was always black tea with one sugar. Each day he would walk in the park, he would follow the same path and see the same trees as he had always done, there were other paths in the park but he always walked the same path, he had done it for years and knew it well.

He would sit a the same bench that he always did and feed the birds with the bread that he always put in his pocket before he left home.

One strange morning, he looked at his marmalade, toast and his cup of tea he wondered if he might like something different to eat this morning, but he couldn’t think of anything else, so he ate his toast and drank his tea and went to the park as he always did but this day he felt confused at the juncture in the path, he always took the left path but today he was not sure, he felt he wanted to take the right path, but that was ridiculous, he always took the left path and anyway that was where his bench was. So he took the left path but as he was sitting on his bench,

feeding the birds he wondered where the right path would lead to and if he should have taken it. OK, he thought to himself, tomorrow I would take the right path to see whatrs there.

The next day as he approached the choice of path in the park he became unsure. Will there be a bench there?

Where will I feed the birds? I will take the right path tomorrow he thought and he took the left path. But tomorrow came and he never took the right turn, nor the day after or the day after that.

And he never found out what was at

the end of the other path.Openness brings change, change brings uncomfortably, uncomfortably brings learning, learning brings freedom.

It often takes courage to be open because we have to forgo the comfortability and security we have created about the world and who we are. Being open and taking the path least trodden causes us to embrace our own sense of vulnerability and that can be difficult because we have hidden ourselves from it for so long.

When we were very young we were open, we were innocent to the world with few conditions or expectations of how it should be. We were happy to live in the adventure of life, to live in the unknown for it was all unknown. Each day was new and all that we saw was uncluttered from any memories of our past.

As we grew up we collected more and more

What we think we see has been programmed by the expectations and conditions we have built from our experience in life and what we see confirms our thought about it. This is the iron ring that keeps us bound

memories from our experience in life and it is the presence of these memories, both conscious and unconscious, that create our expectations and conditions of what we think should or should not be, who we think we are and what we think is possible. They become our unspoken agenda in life and create a self affirming reality for we see what we want to see and disregard the rest.

These conditions and expectations have been created for a good reason, they have helped us navigate our journey in life and have kept us safe in a world that can be tricky at times. They do help us feel secure and to know what is and what will be. But this security blanket that we have diligently created can smother the freedom of our mind and make us timid in the face of opportunity.

We hardly ever touch the moment of the now because we are just too busy telling it how it should be.

The trouble is that this ability we have created that puts our expectations and conditions upon the moment has become habitual. And although we wake up each morning with a clean slate, it is not long before we start thinking the same thoughts about the same things we thought yesterday, replaying yesterday’s emotions in our today’s.

We are far more than we know and the truth of life is way beyond the limits of our education.

There is a world that lives just beyond what we currently see. It is only our expectations and condition upon life that keep us closed and separate from a universe of colour. But we are never really far away from this stream of life, it is only the thought that we are not that makes it seem so.

Ways to openness: 1. De-clutter. Having time just to be! We live such busy lives that we have little time to let the new in, to be open. Creating conscious times when there is nothing ‘to do’ but be, is a great cleanser of the clutter we collect in a day.

3. Doing things that make you feel good about yourself, this will build strength and courage.
