NEW MEMBER CHEAT SHEET General Operating Procedures - Each golfer needs to check in every time they play with the golf shop prior to going to the first tee including walkers.

- All score cards should be written legibly with first and last names, date of play, and noted which Tees were played.

- All score cards are to be turned into the golf shop after scores have been entered by you or someone in your group. The Golf Shop Staff will not be entering scores for members. However, they will be routinely checking that a score has been entered for each round played at W.C.C.

- There will be drop boxes in the golf shop and both locker rooms for you to drop off scorecards after hours when the golf shop is closed.

- If a player inadvertently fails to post a score, the golf shop may post the score and/or post a penalty score.

Tee Times - Tee Times can be made two weeks in advance by calling the Pro Shop at (856) 428-1243 or online at WCC TEE SHEET

- Tee times become available at 12:00 midnight two weeks in advance

Pace of play - Please keep in mind that we expect all play to finish their round in (4) hours or less, for the enjoyment of all our members.

- Tee Time starts will be enforced. Meaning expectations is that Hole 1 is expected to be completed in 10 minutes and started on time. If your tee time is 8:00am the whole foursome should be ready to tee off at 8:00am

- A player is permitted a maximum of 40 seconds to play a stroke, with the first player in the grouping allowed an extra 10 seconds.

- 3 minutes is the max you can be searching for a lost ball

- Out of Position – If a group is on the tee and there the group in front of you is no tin sight you are out of position. The group is expected to regain its position within a reasonable time. This is very important during morning times.

Dress Code - Men’s and Junior’s shirts must have collars. Mock turtleneck collared shirts are permissible. SHIRTS MUST BE TUCKED IN AT ALL TIMES

- Blue jeans, short shorts, gym attire, cargo shorts/pants, cutoffs and swimwear are not allowed on the golf course.

- Hats/caps must be worn with the brim facing forward.

- Women may wear slacks, cropped pants, skirts, culottes or shorts.

Shirts/blouses must have either a collar or sleeves. . Jogging shorts, jeans or denim in any style or color are not permitted.

Handicap & Scoring - To maintain the integrity of the U.S.G.A. Handicap System, members are required to post ALL their Adjsuted for NET DOUBLE BOGEY through the GHIN System either using the computer in our clubhouse or on the internet. (Everyone should download the GHIN app to their phones). The key to maintaining integrity is to post all ESC adjusted scores. ALL SCORES MEANS ALL.

- NET DOUBLE BOGEY = (PAR) + (2) +/- (Handicap strokes received or given on a hole). Example: Jonny Smokehouse has a CH of 9 on the par 4 first hole at WCC (stroke index of 3), he struggles and makes a 9. While his hole score is 9, his maximum score to post is 7.

- Players should submit their scores as soon as possible after the round is completed and before midnight. This is to ensure the score will be used Playing Conditions Calculation

Course Maintenance - As we are all members of WCC we should all take pride in our course and its condition.

- Please repair your ball marks and any others you see in near proximity

- Please replace divots on the fairways and tee boxes or fill with the divot mix. ALL WALKERS ARE REQUIRED to carry divot mix (see pro shop to purchase your own container)

- Please obey all cart signs, they are there for a reason

- Please rake all traps and never leave rakes between the trap and the green. The rakes should go on the far side of the traps.
