he year 2020 was a difficult time for all of us. Lives were lost, families and friends were not allowed physical contact, and workers were displaced. Despite the difficulties, we Rotaractors strive to be our best selves to serve the people and community. We remained intact in elevating the Rotaract.

The Rotaract has gained members around the globe. The Rotaract Pilipinas Multi-District Information Organization released a statistic that encompasses the broadening numbers of Rotaract. As of the 28th of February 2021, the worldwide growth rate of the Rotaract is 7.22% from June 2020, containing 7, 862 Community Based Clubs; 3, 518 University-Based Clubs; and 11, 380 Rotaract Clubs. And also, a growth rate of 6.58% from June 2020. These include 115, 076 Community Based Rotaractors; 102, 597 University-Based Rotaractors; and 214, 040 Rotaractors. Meanwhile, the membership growth of the Rotaract in the Philippines has elevated gradually. There are 10 Districts composed of different Rotaract Clubs with their numerous members. District 3780 is the only district that has exceeded the membership growth Rotary International (RI) target of this Rotary year which is 25%. The RI District 3780 leads out of 10 Rotaract districts regarding its growing members and clubs.

The new Rotaract year has begun, and Rotaract continues to stand up, expand, and reach more people. For the Rotary year 2021-22, the incoming Rotary International President Shekhar Mehta, a member of the Rotary Club of Calcutta-Mahanagar, West Bengal, India encourages everyone to increase its membership to further broaden the goals of Rory International in helping the community and to fulfill the advocacy of serving to change lives.
