District Officers during 1st DTTS of Changema ker Term,

ast February 28, 2021, the Rotaract District Team of RI District 3780 for RY 2021-2022 led by District Rotaract Representative Elect Dianna Isabelle B. Desuyo, a past president of the Rotaract Club of San Francisco Del Monte - Malaya Achievers, and now a member of the Rotary Club of San Francisco Del Monte, initiated the 1st of many more training seminars for her district officers during her term.

The first part of DRRE Dianna’s intensive training, enhancement, and empowerment involved the introduction of her officers, an overview of our district’s calendar of activities, and a special lecture on Rotary International’s Strategic Priorities. The purpose of the 1st DTTS for her term is to show that even during the heights of the pandemic, we are still able to meet and brainstorm for the upcoming Rotary year.

Both past and the future of Rotaract was present during the training seminar. With Past President Rodolfo Francis “Boyet” Calalay of RC Paraiso was there. He will be the Youth Service Chair under Gov. Ed Ayento’s term. A member of Rotaract since 2002. Also present were District Rotaract Chair PDRR Aya Nicole Corpus, Pilipinas Rotaract MDIO Chair PDRR Louie Boy De Real, PDRR Darin Gatongay, and IPDRR Solomon Hermoso.

DRRE Dianna’s term will also be the beginning of recruiting new faces to the district team as almost a third of her officers are quite new. The face of RID 3780’s rotaractors will now be different in the long run. Recruiting fresh faces show effective continuity and efficient succession.

With the current Rotary year coming to an end, all preparations for the next year are now in place and we are all hoping that we can meet DRRE Dianna’s critical success factors.
