he end of the year is coming, and many are excited about it. Before the year ends, the Rotaract Clubs of Rotary International District 3780 has made sure that everyone would learn something new.

The RID 3780 presented the Rotary Academy: School of RAC 2020. The online School of RAC allowed everyone to learn in the comfort of their homes. Despite this difficult time, the Rotaractors had a chance to nurture and improve themselves.

The School of RAC had its 4 Sessions with different topics that added and showed new information to Rotaractors. The Rotaract Club of Quezon City Central hosted Session 1: Career Development held last September 26. The 2nd session, which had the theme "Powerful Presentation, " was hosted by the Rotaract Club of Balintawak. It addressed how to make an effective presentation. Discussed by Joseph Brian Ramos LPT, he showed a few tips and tricks to make presentations more engaging and lively. As for “Building Confidence in Presenting, ” Melody Nacua was the speaker for the session.

Last November 21, the Rotaract Club of New Manila spearheaded Session 3: Video Editing Tools. The session aimed to enhance the participants' skills on the basics and techniques of editing a video. For the fourth and the last session of the School of RAC, the Rotaract Club of Quirino-Quezon City held hosted the event. In this session, English Grammar and Proofreading was the highlight of the talks.

The things we learned in School of RAC will be part of each Rotaractor's character. It will also serve as a tool that will lead each person to success.

Learning is a continuous process that each should aim. The knowledge and skills gained this year will give us strength and lead to opportunities and purpose in life. Value learning, as learning value you.
