A Smile Shines on Christmas | Rotaract Club of New Manila TsuperHero: Raffle for a Cause | Rotaract Club of Holy Spirit

Aside from farmers, jeepney drivers were also one of our greatest superheroes. That said, this Christmas season, the Rotaract Club of Holy Spirit came up with a “Raffle for a Cause” fund-raising activity to help Jeepney drivers who were most affected by the community quarantine and extend help to some underprivileged individuals residing within Barangay Holy Spirit. For every 50 pesos, participants have one entry slot to the raffle game and were able to help families of the beneficiaries. With the help of the club members and other participants, the club accumulated a total of PHP 12,350.00 with a donation for the project. On December 23, volunteers of the club distributed Noche Buena packages to thirty (30) jeepney drivers of PASODA-PISTON, PHILCOA Quezon City, and some financially marginalized individuals along the

In collaboration with the ROTARACT D3780, co-host Rotaract Club of Cubao, and their sponsoring club — Rotary Club of New Manila, the Rotaract Club of New Manila has successfully conducted their 2020 multi-effort for Rotaract District 3780 Christmas Outreach Project, “A Smile Shines on Christmas” . This event was a long-term project celebrated annually and physically by the club. Despite of the circumstance, it did not hinder the club to still be of service and make a smile shines on Christmas. The event was recently held on December 27, 2020 at the Barangay Valencia Community, Quezon City. On the other hand, the donation drive turnover was conducted at their Day Care Center Department as they target the students as their beneficiaries.



PAYAT SA TAAS | Rotaract Club of Mega Edsa
The Rotaract Club of Mega Edsa has successfully conducted the “Payat sa Taas Project” --- a fund-raising project that aims to provide assistance to the urban poor community of Barangay Payatas, Quezon City. A total of PHP 5,129.95 monetary and in-kind donations was collected from the club sponsors.
Co-presented by the Rotaract Club of Culiat, the Rotaract Club of Mega Edsa was able to turn over 25 Noche Buena package, relief packs, sanitation items, brochures and items related to mental health on December 23, 2020. The club would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all the sponsors, partners, and organizations who supported their project specifically the Rotaract Club of Culiat, Rotaract Club of RCDM Scholars, Rotaract Club of Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Aksyon ng Kabataan Organization, KKK (Kabataan sa Kartilya ng Katipunan), PUP- DZMC- Young Communicators’ Guild, SKC Philippines, You Fund The One PH, and SJCQC NSTP CWTS 2.

KinaBOOKasan's First Edition | Rotaract Club of Cubao


As a youth organization, Rotaract Club of Cubao is proud to announce that the club has done a big step in being of help honing the nation’s young minds. Last November 28, 2020, in partnership with sponsoring club, Rotary Club of Cubao, Civil Defense Action Group (CDAG) and Ephesians Publishing, Inc., the Club led the launch of KinaBOOKasan’s first series of book donations on selected schools across the District and outside Metro Manila. The first recipient was RC Cubao’s adopted school, Aguinaldo Elementary School. The said institution received 4,000 books. Dulongbayan Elementary School also received 4,000 books, Quirino 2A's Library received 240 books and Barangay Quirino 3A received 120 books. Together with RC Cubao and CDAG’s President. TP Chi Armenta and Mr. Noel Lubuguin, TP Genelyn Giray, PE Alwyn Cabral and Roratactor Mark Jhun Abiertas gladfully handed the deed of donation to the school’s principal, Mrs. Chelma B. Cabatic of Aguinaldo Elem. School, OIC of Dulongbayan Elem. School, Mrs. Rebecca Camota and Kagawad Mafe Fontilla of Barangay Quirino. We are extending our sincerest gratitude to everyone who helped make this project a reality.
