The assets of the PRPC exceeded its liabilities at the close of the most recent fiscal year by $6,220,7sg (net position). of this amount, $2'062,541(unrestricted net position) may be used to meet t'nè pnpC,s obtigations. During the year, the. PRPC's total net position -d.ecreased by g241,gg4. This decrease is principally due to the $215,802 decrease in the net investment in capital assets. The governmental funds reported a fund balance this year of $2,463,931, which is an increase of g130,009 in comparison with the prior year amount. At the end of the current fiscal year, the unassigned fund balance for the General Fund was $g12,4s6.
