Being Told The Property Is Worth More Than It Is

This is a common tactic used to get sellers to sign up. When the property doesn’t sell, you are asked to drop the price. A property that is stale, or is reduced in price, often sells for below market value. Remember it is not the promise of a price, its the process that achieves the maximum price.

Being Offered a Cheap or Discounted Fee
