The location instantly brought back fond memories of Bondi, a blend of coastal charm with a warm community and beautiful natural surroundings.

Sunnyside has been the perfect canvas for us to add our own touch. We love open-plan living, so we reimagined the hallway to flow seamlessly into the spacious kitchen and dining area, we also removed the central kitchen units to create a space perfect for gatherings. .

Since moving here, daily beach walks and refreshing dips have become our cherished routine, constantly reminding us why we made the move from Wiltshire. 'every room feels open and airy, it’s still easy to find a cosy corner to unwind'

Heading along the A30 towards Penzance. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A394 towards Helston. At the next roundabout take the second exit straight over continuing along the A394 until you get to Newtown. Continue past the petrol station towards the Germ Crossroads and turn right onto Pengersick   Lane. Head down towards Praa Sands Beach and turn right onto Castle Drive. Take your first right turn off of Castle Drive onto Penwerris Rise. You will find Sunnyside by taking your first left on Penwerris Rise.

PRAA SANDS

Praa Sands is a beautiful expanse of sandy beach (approximately a mile long) bordered by the dramatic Cornish Coastline. The beach is south facing and is well known for the surf! Locally you will find Stones Reef Beach Bar & Cafe and The Welloe, both of which offer stunning beachside views and great food and drink options for everyone!

You can access the South West Coast Path heading in both directions towards Porthleven or Perranuthnoe.

PORTHLEVEN

Porthleven is all about the harbour perfect for a gentle walk on a sunny afternoon! Lining the double harbour there are good restaurants, cafes, pubs & delis. Fishmongers sell their daily catch of crab, mackerel & lobster and a lively market of local crafts and food appear throughout the week.

PRUSSIA COVE

Prussia Cove blends the secluded beauty of a rugged Cornish cove with the rich depth of the historical Cornish Smugglers. You may visit just to admire the spectacular view out to sea, or to clamber over the rocks to find a quiet spot. Idyllic in every way!

PENZANCE

Penzance has one of the mildest climates in the UK, and one of the striking things about the town is the abundance of gardens full of sub-tropical plants, a sure sign that you have arrived somewhere unique. Have a wander around Morrab Gardens, landscaped in Victorian times and turned into a municipal park in 1889, complete with bandstand. Nearby Penlee Gardens are also home to an outdoor theatre in the summer months.
