‘We are very sad to be leaving the house. We have loved living here! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely beach, its a 5 minute walk to a wonderful primary school and has a convenient local shop close by that has everything you could need. We have wonderful neighbours and have very much enjoyed it here. We particularly love the natural light, there are lots of big windows and even on a grey day it’s still lovely and light! The rooms are all a fantastic sizes and we will certainly miss the large garden which our children love! The house has a wonderful layout for a family and we will greatly miss all the space which is so rare for a new build’

Minster-on-Sea

Minster on Sea, often simply referred to as Minster, is a sizable village and civil parish located on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, England. It is part of the Swale district and has a rich history, scenic landscapes, and a variety of amenities that make it an interesting place to live.

Amenities and Attractions:

* Minster Abbey: One of the village's most notable landmarks, the abbey is a site of historical and architectural interest.

*Beaches and Parks: Minster Leas beach is a key attraction, along with several parks and recreational areas that offer outdoor activities for residents and visitors.

*Community and Culture: The village has a strong sense of community, with various events, clubs, and societies catering to a wide range of interests and age groups.

The Elmley National Nature Reserve is a family farm and is unique in being the only independent National Nature Reserve in the UK. From the car park it is a mile walk alongside the marshes down to the first hide, which overlooks a wonderful ‘scrape’, a shallow pool where avocet breed and thousands of wading birds drop in from the nearby Swale mudflats. The sky is often filled with birds – flocks of curlew and golden plover, teal and pintail, starlings spooked by the merlins, hen harriers, marsh harriers and short-eared owls.
