The Seller’s View
We’ve really loved living here, especially the kitchen-diner which became the heart of our home. In spring and summer, we had the bi-fold doors open most of the time, and it was perfect for inviting friends and family over to cook, eat and relax out on the patio.
When we moved in, the garden was a blank canvas, so we added a patio at the end and a storage shed. We planted the eucalyptus tree and it grew so quickly and gave us the idea of adding more one day to create extra privacy.
The area itself has been wonderful. Having the Distant Hills Brewery at the end of the road has been a real bonus not just for their great food, but also for the artisan markets and live music. And of course, being able to step straight out into the hills for a walk has been something we’ve loved time and again. We’ve truly enjoyed our time here, and it’s only work commitments that are taking us away.”
