NEIL

Neil has over 30 years experience in the property industry and has worked all types of markets. Originally, he started his career with a corporate agent before starting Burn & Warne in 1997. Neil is very passionate about his business and prides himself on ensuring we provide a first-class estate agency service to all his clients. Neil manages the Land & New Homes division sourcing development opportunities throughout the South East of England for his retained PLC clients. Neil lives locally in Cheam and has an in-depth knowledge of the local area that is second to none.

Starting out working with a Chinese property investment fund in Shanghai, Scott then specialised in land & new homes in London. He has worked for major high street agents and built his contact list & experience in sourcing new developments and land opportunities throughout London. Scott’s expertise spans from identifying development opportunities to launching new homes developments to the market, particularly focusing on offplan sales exercieses to aid with our developer clients’ cash flow over the development lifecyle.
