Letter via the Editor On Friday the 17 February I arrived home from town to find that my geyser had burst. Luckily it is on my back stoep so the water ran off into the garden but here I was without hot water and it was already 16H45. I immediately phoned my Insurance Company and explained the situation to them. By 16H55 the claim was approved and I received the claim number on my cellphone. I then phone Reg, at Home Assured, who is the agent for the insurance company, who promised me that he would be at my home at 08H30 on Saturday morning to replace the geyser. Lo and behold at 08H30 the gate buzzer rang and by 11H45 they were on their way. After all the reports of bad service I felt I had to share my wonderful experience.
