Families, residents, elected officials and supporters from across the Pascack Valley gathered Saturday, June 20, for Westwoodʼs Fourth Annual Pride celebration, a community event centered on inclusion, visibility and support for LGBTQIA+ neighbors. The event took place outside the municipal center and continued with a relaxed gathering along Washington Avenue, where speakers reflected on Pride Monthʼs themes of dignity, belonging, love and joy. Speakers included Bergen County Commissioner Thomas Sullivan, the Rev. Andrée Cornelia Mol of the Unitarian Universalist congregation, resident Audrey Davis, Westwood Councilwoman Erin Collins, artist and designer Suzie Garabedian Vitez, and singer Christopher Doran.
