QUARTERLY MARKET REPORT
Our Quarterly Market Report is perfect for beach lovers, investors, and homeowners looking to stay informed on the local market, offered both digitally and printed.
The digital option automatically sends an email to your database with a link to the digital report. The printed option allows you to have personalized, branded copies of the report printed and shipped right to your clients! This report contains all of the same data as the Beachy Beach branded version, but the back page will be branded with your agent information. With this option, you need a minimum of 15 clients enrolled WITH mailing addresses in their Delta customer profiles . The reports are $9 each (added to your agent billing), with that price including the printing, labeling, shipping, and postage of your custom-branded design.

QUARTERLY POSTCARDS
Beautiful. Beach. Pictures. That’s pretty much it. Maintain their mental connection between you and the beach they love so much by putting beautiful proprietary photography in front of them every quarter. You provide the addresses and we will take care of the photography, branding, printing, mailing, and shipping.
You must have a minimum of 25 clients with complete mailing addresses enrolled in the Beachy Beach Automated Marketing - Quarterly Postcard Campaign in order to participate. The cost will run approximately $1.25/card and will be added to your agent billing. This cost covers the printing, labeling, and postage!
