I am no stranger to real Luxury! I have been to every spot, tasted every morsel, tried every class and teacher, driven every bumpy road, in Nosara, to thoughtfully curate this trip for you.
I want you to taste fresh coconut milk, freshly baked warm chocolate croissants & fresh-caught tuna Poke bowls; to sip organic green juice and shaken Maracuya Margaritas. To get the thrill of standing up on a surf board, swim in tidal pools and see hermit crabs. To hear Howler monkeys as you take in the most gorgeous 180° ocean view and a striking sunset. You will be inspired by your surroundings and the lovely people we meet, and the incredibly gifted teachers whose energetic + spiritual transmission will leave an impact on you.

It is a big trip with long hours, but every time I arrive I say ‘it’s completely worth it!’ You may decide to extend your trip to visit other parts of CR like Sta. Teresa, or travel via & trhoughout USA.
LOCATION
AIRPORT
Nosara, is a beach town in the Guanacaste province on the Nicoya Peninsula, on the West Coast of Costa Rica.
Liberia (LIR) airport is recommended, as it is located 2.5 hrs from Nosara. San Jose (SJO) airport is located 5.5 hrs from Nosara.
ADDRESS
Casa: Tempus Alba House, in the Las Huacas neighborhood, district EE67 (situated next to the Tierra Magnifica Hotel).
AIRLINES
KLM, Swiss Air, and Air France service from Europe. Jet Blue has direct flights from NYC. Sansa is the local Costa Rican airline.
ACCOMODATION
TRANSPORTATION
At the Casa we have 1 Twin Room for 2 guests, 1 Bunk Bed room for 2 guests, 1 Suite with en-suite bathroom and a shared King bed for 2 guests.
Transportation will be provided to/from the airport; to accomodate everyone we may need to hang out at the airport for a little while for us all to assemble.

Light Breakfast with fresh organic fruit + juices, coffee/tea, homemade Granola and organic greek yogurt or island oat porridge at the Casa
The Practice session led by Camilla
Transport to the Beach + town for free time; walk the nature reserve of Guiones beach, swim in the tidal pools, grab a smoothie and read at The Harmony Juice bar, explore the Sendero trails, or receive a massage.
Lunch with the gang (we will have two planned lunch excursions) or Solo at one of the many spots in town so you can explore + discover for yourself.

Pool hang + relax back at the Casa.
Some days will have sessions such as Restorative Yoga, at one of the worldrenowned studios such as Bodhi Tree, The Harmony Wellness Center, or Nalu Fitness studio. Surf Lesson or a Creative Workshop, such as Cooking class with Camilla, Ceramics or drawing at Campo, or a Guided tour of JP’s organic Farm.
Dinner: Group dinner at some very special places, where we will eat fresh seafood + ceviches, guacamole and homemade chips, passion fruit margaritas or mint lemonades, and more!

THE FINEPRINT
All guests are asked to arrive in the afternoon/evening of April 18th; The retreat will commence with an Opening Circle at 7:00AM on April 19th, and will come to a close at 7:00AM on April 25th. Please plan your flights accordingly.
The Practice does not offer refunds of any kind for the retreat deposit (USD $500). Should you need to cancel before March 18th, 50% of the total amount (less deposit; USD$250) will be refunded.
Finally, under no circumstance will there be any refunds given for cancellation requests made after March 18th. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. We do not offer refunds or credit for a guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early.Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel insurance.
If The Practice must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment amount to your original payment method. The Practice is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
