Towers, tower up above.

Oh so high they tower

When will we get to the top?

arE we there yet?

Really, nearly there

Seriously… down again!

A lot of steps later, we Really need a lift

Er.. who should we ask?

Building a lift

I think it’s done.

Go up, go down, “Wheeee!”

Outstandingly

Ugly and boring, but Rooted

Tree has a stone that

Opens

Enclosed

Remembered memories.

My Magical Place

As I’m in my hammock I swing

And as I do I sing I swing so high I touch the sky.

I can see the world shifting Just like my pen spinning. The Earth is cool, just like a swimming pool. I land back down and I thought the world was so big

So I’ll dig

Magic

Bluebell field

The bluebells dance from side to side

The trees told tales of magical people

And d….. feats

Whilst the grass ……… to the breeze Leaves drifting on the wind.

I see the lush hills towering over me.

I hear the flowers ethereal whispers, I see the beauty of the setting sun

In the middle is a great tree Its trunk twisting into the colossal clouds.

Our tower is made out of bricks

Up on the highest level,

Our room is small and tight.

Our tower is cosy

Our tower is snug

Our tower is big Our tower might be small but Our tower is fine.

Dear Diary,

My tower is lovely and tall and grey and lovely. We have caring neighbours and caring friends. When me and my friends go on an adventure, we thought the tower was boring and grey. But now we notice the magic in our tower.

Angela

Dear Diary,

I had one of the best days ever. So what happened?

I was in a grey, dark, rainy flat and it was very boring, but the thing that was nice about the flat was how high up we are and we can see the entire city. But there was one thing, that was very nice, the leaves dance on the wind outside the windows.

Thomas MA

Dear Diary,

Today I crept out of the house with my friends to find the ancient stone. So we went out into the rubbish rain and after a few steps, we were in the forest. We searched, looking for the magic tree with the ancient stone. Then we saw this old rustic tree. We looked and we realised it was the magic tree with the hidden stone. We searched for the stone but then we came across this man that said he was waiting for us.

Dear Diary, I had the most magnificent day today. I escaped the tower. I found the real magic. I went to a magical tree and slid down it. It was like I was sliding down a spinning slide. I jumped from mushroom to mushroom. And finally, I found a moss-covered tree green man. He gave me a mystical stone. I looked and thought and the world turned upside down. Then the ground split and then we went on a ride all the way to the top and we walked back to our tower and saw there was real magic in our tower all along.

Dear Diary,

I have had the most adventurous day ever. Before, our tower was so boring and grey and gloomy. But out of our windows we see a forest. A forest like no other. So, we set off into the forest. We saw a tree with a hole in it. We went in and we saw a man. A tree man. He gave us a rock and in the rock was a hole and through the hole we could see everything good. We went back to our tower, and it was bright and beautiful and everyone was having fun.

Mia

Dear Diary,

I’ve had the best day. It started when I found a magical tree and we went into the tree and there was an old man who gave us a necklace and we looked through the necklace and you will not believe what I saw. I saw everything differently. It was with colour and everything was nature. Everything was not miserable; they were all happy which was a big thing for us and we played in the fields and the bushes. Me and my friends had a lot of fun in the new land. It was such fun with everyone. There was never loneliness again.
