I am a watercolor artist and designer, but my passion is spreading delight!

I try to capture beauty in the day-to-day, and I want to share the joy and affection I feel for everything I create. It’s what I hope adds something beautiful to your life!

I grew up believing there were two of me!

I am an identical twin. We are what’s known as mirror image twins. Where my twin brother is left-handed, I am right; where he is quiet and introverted, I am outgoing and social; where he is straight, I am gay. Both of us grew up sketching and drawing, but my brother seemed more likely to somehow commit his adult life to art.

Little did I know we are more alike than we realized!

It was during the pandemic when art found me and redrew the path I thought my life would take. As an admittedly nerdy and intense student at Stanford University, like everyone else, my life came to a standstill when the pandemic struck.

Then art reappeared and sent my heart soaring!

Right away, I became captivated by the beauty of the Pacific Ocean. Soon enough, I began to see little things I’d never noticed before and felt the need to paint: spring bluebonnets, beloved pets, drinks shared among good friends. I felt weirdly compelled to capture every aspect of life - and doing so made me incredibly happy!

My sincere hope is that my art makes you, and your customers, happy as well!

The Calendars

When we think about what Taylor Paladino means to us, it always comes down to sharing: art & what makes us happy. Our Desktop Calendars perfectly encapsulate this desire to share who we are. Each month features a themed watercolor print enhanced with foil. For every month of 2026, open an envelope that includes a calendar placard to place on our easel, as well as a “surprise” from us to you - anything from a card to send during best friend month to our family’s favorite recipe! Much like a cookbook, this calendar includes the personal anecdotes that tell the Taylor Paladino story - except the enjoyment will last the whole year, well beyond a single meal!

The Gift That Gives All Year

Designed with style in mind for elegant gifting, our calendars come wrapped in a teal gift box that includes a gold & clear acrylic easel. This is the perfect display for our desk calendars: small enough to keep the focus on the art with a pop of metallic gold suitable to any taste.

Also included are 12 monthly envelopes which include the foiled placards and the month’s happy inserts! Refills include the placards & inserts, but are not packaged in the gift box and don’t include the easel.

WHOLESALE POLICIES

Ordering & Contact

To place an order, please email us at sales@taylorpaladino.com, call us at 1-833-327-8953, or reach out to our sales reps in your region!

Minimum Orders

$250 for opening orders, $100 for reorders

Product minimums apply, see next page for details. We may change minimum order requirements, and will reach out if there are discrepancies.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards or ACH deposits. All orders are paid before they ship, and shipping charges are included.

Orders are generally (and for custom product, always) pre-authorized before production begins. For all orders, we may place a preauthorization hold on your card & complete the transaction when the product is shipped. Invoices/receipts are placed inside the shipment. If you need a PDF sent to you directly, please reach out and let us know. You can also download a PDF from our order notification emails.

To apply for terms, you must be a customer in good standing for over a year. We do not accept terms on any opening orders. We accept checks or ACH payments on terms orders.

A Terms application will need to be completed. A credit card is required to be on file for terms customers, and any orders unpaid after the terms window will be charged.

Turn Around & Shipping

Orders are shipped on the date of your choice.

Normal shipping turn-around is within 14 days business days depending on the size of the order. Please allow for extra time on customized orders and during peak season.

Orders are usually shipped UPS or USPS. Please make us aware if you have a preference or any other requirements.

Back Orders

From time to time, some products may be back-ordered due to demand and supplier delays. Back-orders will be noted on your invoice with an expected ship date. As soon as the product is back in stock, your backorder will ship and payment on the backorder will be processed. If you would like to cancel back-ordered product, just let us know.

Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final and payment on ASAP orders is processed immediately.

Products or packaging that is damaged or missing during shipment will be replaced at no charge or credit can be applied to future purchases. (Simply take a photo of damaged goods and email to us for verification). Damaged product must be communicated within two weeks of delivery.

If the payment method provided declines, we will reach out for an updated payment method. Orders are not shipped until payment is completed, and canceled if we don’t hear back.

Territory Protection

We do our best to manage the geographic distribution of our product, as we want to ensure our products sell for all our customers. However, we do not zip-code protect. Protection is managed on a case-by-case basis by the company and our sales representatives. There are errors in this process from time to time, and we kindly ask for you to make us aware of any issues, so that we may address them if possible. An annual spend, to be determined at the discretion of the company or our representatives, may be required for protection in a region.

E-Commerce & Shopify Collective

We strive to protect our brand online. E-commerce-only accounts must be approved and meet order minimum requirements. Sales on all third party platforms (Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, etc.) are not allowed. We kindly ask you include our brand’s name on any online product listing, due to the unique nature of our artwork.
