SHIPMENTS
Standard shipping is FedEx, F.O.B. Norcross, GA. All other terms of shipping must be pre-approved and are subject to additional fees.
Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY
Softies strictly enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. By placing an order, the retailer formally accepts the MAP Policy and to advertise Softies products online and in-store at MAP pricing or higher. The minimum advertised price for such products shall not be lower than two times the line-item wholesale price, less $0.01.
