We Are Letterfolk

Letterfolk is a contemporary American brand dedicated to creating meaningful products inspired by simpler times. At the core of every Letterfolk product is our passion to design premium products that tell a story, that create experiences, that pull us off our devices and into the physical world. Our mission is to design products that matter.

Letterfolk started in June 2015 after the birth of our second daughter in New York City. We wanted a unique way to capture our newborn’s monthly baby milestone photos. We were inspired by the grooved felt letter boards of yesteryear used as diner menu boards, church directories, and class photo signage. As Letterfolk has grown, so has our brand vision and product offering. From Passport Journals to Everyday Notebooks, each product is thoughtfully designed to capture memories, moments, and thoughts. All of our products are proudly made with premium materials, craftsmanship and processes.

We strive to design meaningful products worthy of the stories they’ll tell. And there’s no greater satisfaction for us than knowing they’ve found a place in our customers’ homes.

Passport

Our most ambitious project to date, the Passport Collection encourages and invites the collecting of experiences. From concerts attended to national parks visited to tacos eaten, each premium foil stamped, center-sewn book is designed to capture and safeguard memories from experiences and events. Behind every Passport is the challenge to go, see, and do more.

Passport Collection

Designed to capture and encourage experiences, each Passport contains 20 entry logs with relevant form fields to help capture meaningful details of each theme-specific experience. Each log is accompanied by a blank page for free-form notes, memories, or affixing mementos like concert ticket stubs or national park stickers. The last four spreads in each Passport contain fun, miscellaneous, theme-specific activities like bucket lists, maps, games, and rite-of-passage checklists. Built from premium materials, each Passport is made with a foil-stamped, stipple-textured cover stock and center-sewn binding to ensure the safeguarding of memories for a lifetime.

Wholesale Policy

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Our minimum opening order is $300 and the re-order minimum is $150.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders can be placed via email or phone (online portal coming soon). Once order has been received and shipping has been calculated, we will send youan invoice via email. The invoice will then be paid for directly on our website. (We can also take payments via phone, as needed.) Your card will be charged at checkout.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped within 1 week, but lead time varies by order. Shipping costs will be quoted after your order is received and will be included on your invoice. Letter boards will be individually boxed in our packaging and packaged securely in larger boxes. All orders will ship via FedEx Ground. If you need special shipping arrangements, please let us know when you place your order.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not accept any returned products.

DISPLAY AND PACKAGING

All stockists must have our product on display. Our letter boards must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. They should not be modified or combined with any other products. If you’d like ideas for how best to message or display your Letterfolk products, we’re here to help.

SALES

All sales must be done at brick-and-mortar locations only, unless you have discussed online sales with the Letterfolk team and received approval. No online sales are allowed on third party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, etc.)

PRICING

We ask all vendors to maintain a price at MSRP as regularly as possible and to never exceed sales at more than 25% off MSRP without consulting Letterfolk.
