“as of right” zoning streamlines the process Thanks in part to a long, productive working relationship with The Pinehills, the Town of Plymouth has implemented an innovative “As of Right” zoning process that expedites building permits in as few as 30 days, and neighborhood approval in about 60 days.

The Pinehills is already approved for 3,065 homes and 1.3 million square feet of mixed-use commercial and retail space. As a result, the community is well-positioned for future growth.
