For all the cat parents, cats are not less than their babies. They want to safeguard their fur babies from any type of pain and injuries and want to take care of them especially when they are unwell. Despite their love and care, why do cats run away when they are sick or dying. Why don't they allow you to take care of them when they are at their lowest point. However, this is not applicable to all cats. Some cats stay with their companions either human or pet. Whereas most of them prefer to spend time alone in a quiet place.

evolutionary behavior to run away and hide in an isolated place at the time of vulnerable feeling, as they know that the world out there, have a lots of predators who can easily target the weak and vulnerable cats.Hence, in order to avoid themselves from becoming the prey, they hide themselves in the quiet spot.

Pregnant cats – Being a cat parent many of us are aware of the fact that cats generally give birth in a quiet place because at the time of delivery they know that they are vulnerable and can easily be attacked by the predators. This is also the one of the reasons behind the fact that sometimes cats eat their own kitten. A mother cat sees other animals as a threat when she delivers her babies. So do not allow any other animals to reach near her until her kids achieve a weaning age, or she might kill her babies as an action to a threat perception.
