Prom Queen Alexa Bartone What words best sum up how you feel right now after being crowned? Well I was really in shock at first, but then I was so happy and honored to have been voted queen. It really was the highlight of the night, and made all the stresses of prom worth it. Did you ask friends to vote for you or was this a complete surprise? It was a complete surprise to me. When I first saw I was on the ballot, I was so shocked. Then throughout the night, people were coming up to me saying that they voted for me, so I started to think it might be possible I would win. Why do you think you won? Well I think I won because I would like to think I’m a kind person and I always try to be nice to everyone. That’s the reputation that I have to my peers, so I guess that might be why a lot of people voted for me. What does being crowned mean to you? Being crowned was such an honor and I was so grateful to have shared such a special night with all of my best friends. It was a great way to end my high school career and a memory I will never forget.
Prom King Cristian Corcione What words best sum up how you felt when you were first crowned? Honored, thrilled to be the prom king of this amazing class. Did you ask friends to vote for you or was this a complete surprise? When I first got to prom I was excited that I was on the ballot. A bunch of my friends (shoutout to the Crockys) told me they were voting for me, so I thought I may have a chance. Why do you think you won? The relationships I’ve built with so many people at this great school is the reason I believe I won. I was very involved throughout high school and have met so many amazing people over the four years and have gotten close to them. What does being crowned mean to you? It means so much to me that people throughout the grade think highly of me as a person, of my character, and of my personality. It’s truly an honor!
