Mackinley and Joel Graham didn’t let the frigid water temperatures stop them from participating in one of their favourite past times: rafting down the Grand River. A sure sign that spring has arrived is the sight of rafts and canoes voyaging down the river. The Grahams tested the waters with a short trip from downtown to Bean Park during March Break before the colder temperatures returned this week. Spring officially arrived on March 20th.
