The Paris Firefighters were hard at work creating another ice rink for residents to enjoy at Optimist Park. Located at 3 Catherine Street, this outdoor rink is for skating only – no hockey permitted. Meanwhile, over at Syl Apps Rink, Arabella and Arizona Haw enjoy a sunny morning skate. Mom Melinda says they’ve took advantage of the rinks regularly since they opened and are thankful for the hard work of all the volunteers. Be sure to follow the County of Brant online for updates on whether the rinks are opened or closed, based on ice and weather conditions. Photo credit Dan Haw
