This programme, which can take up to 1 year, combines creative techniques and innovation management tools with people’s personal leadership development. This combination is critical in breaking down the years of limiting beliefs and logical thought patterns that prevail in businesses today.

The 75% Programme The programme uses innovative and inspiring techniques in 1:1 and group sessions.

This helps senior leaders to unlock their strategic creative potential using ‘The Creative Cycle’ ( 5 interconnected modes of creativity), engaging and expanding their true leadership mindset.

Leadership Mindset The Harvard Business Review identified 7 ways of leading determined by the relative presence or absence of ego. The top tier profile most effective in generating organisational and personal transformation (‘the strategist’ ) currently accounts for only 5% of all leaders.

68% of executives are constrained by the rigidity associated with earlier action logics (the ‘achiever’ and the ‘expert’).

Diminishing the presence of the ego matures the executive’s ability to embrace diversity and unfamiliar possibilities, thereby enhancing creativity.

Understanding the limiting impact on creativity of these earlier leadership states is critical to elevate leaders to a higher mindset, so this part of the programme consists of: • Set-up: Pre-interview mapping out of the organisation’s and individual’s requirements • Leadership Development Profile ( LDP): Where we identify the action logic profile of the leader(s) • 4-6 weekly 1-2-1 sessions: Where we engage and support the leaders on their journey of development.

Dr. Sarah A. Morris is a physician by training and with well over 2000 hours of coaching experience. Sarah coaches executives who seek to create compelling professional and personal futures. She has a strong track record in working with senior executives to develop leadership presence, transform difficult relationships, enhance effective communication and influencing skills and build confidence.

Sarah has pioneered the Parallax Partnership’s Conscious Leadership Model, resulting in the publication of ‘Ego less – The final frontier in Leadership’ in 2011.

For over 20 years, Richard has worked with commercial and educational organisations, all of whom want to find creative solutions to telling their story – who they are and what they stand for. Richard balances both the sciences and the arts. A strategic planner and creative thinker he helps organisations realise their vision.

Sarah’s expertise is in attitudinal and belief change work to produce transformation in behaviour and performance. She works flexibly with her clients to transform those limiting beliefs that keep people locked in unhelpful patterns of behaviour and which limit effectiveness.

Richard recently worked with the UK government on the ‘Distinct in Higher Education’ programme. The goal of this project was to map out the strategic approach for defining what makes an organisation distinct in their marketplace.
