Conscious Leadership is a way of being - A programme of Transformation for Organisational Leadership

• Support the development of your emerging Conscious Leaders • Address the unacknowledged impact of Ego on organisational excellence • Help leaders harmonise their areas of control and span of influence • Help drive authenticity and transparency through the organisation - inverting the pyramid.

Our aim is to ignite, develop and help each leader through: • The learning of new information through small seminar style workshops, including instructions in stillness (the most powerful technology for expanding awareness). • Then, the integration of that learning to produce knowledge through self and group reflection and personal coaching • Finally, the transformation of knowledge into wisdom through experiential learning using metaphors such as horse whispering. Acting as a powerful mirror, this technique enables our clients to see their ego-based patterns and behaviours clearly and explore their own practices for moving beyond them and across the organisation
