Artigo 4º (funcionamento e condições de venda)

Cada lance representará um valor de 50€;

As licitações, poderão ser feitas presencialmente, ou on line através da plataforma de leilões AJASUL;

os animais subirão ao ringue pelas secções do catálogo e, após autorização do leiloeiro poderão ser licitados através do sistema da empresa AJASUL (presencial e/ou online);

O comprador, será quem fizer o lance mais elevado;

O leiloeiro poderá rejeitar lances, considerados irregulares;

O leiloeiro poderá, em caso de dúvida quanto ao responsável do lance mais elevado, propor que o lote de animal em disputa suba novamente ao ringue, para apenas entre os ofertantes daquele lance.

Artigo 5º (desistências)

Nenhum lance poderá ser retirado por parte do ofertante;

Só serão aceites desistências, por razões de saúde do animal, ou outras devidamente justificadas e consideradas pela comissão organizadora do leilão.

Artigo 6º (pagamentos)

O pagamento dos animais, deverá ser efetuado no final do leilão, passando os animais a estar sob a responsabilidade do comprador, logo assim que este arremate o animal em ringue.

Artigo 7º (sanidade)

Todos os animais inscritos no leilão, asseguram todas as condições sanitárias legalmente em vigor, de acordo com a legislação da DGAV

Todas as fêmeas de secção malatas e adultas, estão de gestação confirmada;

O novo proprietário, poderá confirmar a gestação do animal, pelos nossos serviços veterinários, após liquidação do mesmo.

Fourth article (operations and conditions of sale)

Each bid will represent na amount of 50€;

The bidding may be made in person, or online through the AJASUL auction platform;

The animals will go up to the ring, through the sections of the catalog and after authorization from the auctioneer and then can be bided through AJASUL’s sistem;

The buyer will be the one who made the highest bid;

The auctioneer may reject bids, considered irregular;

The auctioneer may, in case of doubt as to who is responsible for the highest bid, propose that the lot of animal in dispute go up in the ring again, for only the bidders of that bid.

Fifth article (dropouts)

No bid can be withdrawn by the bidder;

Withdrawals will only be accepted for reasons of the animals health, or others if justified and pondered by the auction organizing committee.

Sixth article (payments)

Payment for the animals must be made at the end of the auction, with the animals being under the buyer's responsibility as soon as he finishes the animal in the ring.

Seventh article (sanity)

All animals registered in the auction ensure all the health conditions legally in force, according to DGAV legislationTodas

The females of the gimmers and adult sections are of confirmed gestation;

The new owner will be able to confirm the gestation of the animal, by our veterinary services, after payment of the same.
