It’s great to think that the offices at Jackson House have a warm, fair, friendly and efficient atmosphere which reflects the way we treat each other and our customers.
Whilst customers don’t often pop in to speak to us, we have lots of visitors and it’s important that we give out the right message, like “we are
professional, trustworthy, caring and businesslike”
So, that needs to be reflected in what we wear as well as how we think and behave, and it’s why we’ve opted for a new dress code which is smart casual.
Our way of providing professional financial and legal advice is empathetic of the circumstances some of our customers find themselves in and that’s why we’ve opted to change the dress code. So yes, ties are now optional.
