Dear Friends,
At the end of another year, we want to thank you for being a consistent source of Kindness, Hope and Joy for children and families in our communi ty. Your advocacy, volunteer hours and donations make a huge difference in the lives of many and are incredibly important as we head into our busiest season. There is no better time than Christmas to share Kindness, Hope and Love with others.
This will be our 10th year of serving and I’m reminded of both our humble beginnings and the positive impact we’ve had on food insecurity within our community. Our goal from the beginning was to share a meal with people in need and in doing so remind them that love is all around us and there is hope for a better tomorrow.
With your help we have made a difference, but there is much more to do. We have many families to feed, homes to furnish and relationships to build.
A gift of $20 provides the top 5 needed items for food hampers. To provide a Christmas gift for a local child consider donating $30 to the Gift of Christmas campaign. $100 gift provides a local family with a Christmas food hamper complete with pancake mix and syrup for Christmas morning.
Our greatest need this year is a new food rescue van. In 2022 we’ve distributed nearly $1,000,000 worth of food to our food rescue partners and community groups. We’ve already raised $35,000 and we need your help to reach our goal. Follow the little van through the guide to find out how you can support this essential service.
