Upgrade and indulge in delightful desserts
Opt for an extra touch by including desserts your guests. Desserts will follow the Twilight by Night menu. Should you have additional evening guests, ensure they are included food numbers in the Twilight by Night evening celebration menu.

Are canapés a requirement?
We require you to provide canapés for all your adult guests. You can choose 6 options from the menu.

Can we upgrade menu style/choices?
Yes, the minimum is canapés and a choice from the twilight by night menu but you can choose to upgrade to two/three courses, BBQ, Hog Roast (Daytime Menu) and more. If you’d like to upgrade, please let the team know here.

Are children included in the 60 minimum?
Yes, children are included. You have the option to choose the children’s menu, or they can have the Twilight by Night menu or the upgraded menu, if selected.

Can we add drinks?
Yes, you have the option to pre-order drinks. The choice, quantity and time of day is your choice. Please note we do not offer a corkage option or allow you to provide your own sourced drinks.

PRICING & PAYMENTS
It’s easy to book your Twilight wedding at TOKB
Save the Date
Choose your preferred date and hold with no obligation while you’re considering your options.
Say I Do
When you’re ready, sign your Terms of Business and secure your date with the £600 booking fee.
Payment Schedule*
Booking Fee – £600 Confirms your booking and goes toward your overall balance.
1st Stage Payment – £600 Due 365 days before your wedding.
2nd Stage Payment – £1,000 Due 180 days before your wedding.
3rd Stage Payment – £2,000 Due 90 days before your wedding.
Final Payment
Calculated based on your final numbers and choices. The remaining balance (minus previous payments) is due 21 days before your wedding.
Monthly Payments
Prefer smaller, regular payments? We’ll create an estimate based on your selections and divide it by the months remaining. These payments count toward your staged totals, and your final balance will be confirmed once your numbers are finalised 30 days before your wedding.
*If you booked your wedding before Tuesday 21st October 2025, your stage payments will be a little different from those shown above. You can check your planning portal or email the team to double check your details!
