Planning
Often there’s questions that need answering when planning weddings, particularly timings.
Timings (for 2pm ceremonies*)
You’re welcome to arrive from 7.30am to set up on the day.
We kindly ask bridesmaids and any bridal party have their make up completed by 12.30pm. This ensures they’re ready with time to dress into their attire.
We kindly ask Bridal make up is completed just before 1.00pm. This allows good time to dress before the Registrars come to the Dressing Room at 1.30pm.
*If any ceremony times differ earlier or later, we’ll follow the same pre-preparation timings.
Bridal party 1 hour 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
Brides 1 hour prior to ceremony start time.
For church wedding timings please contact the team directly to confirm.
For twilight weddings, the dressing room is available from 12:00pm - 1:30pm.
Facilities
You’ll have the use of 2 director style chairs and black table, positioned in the window space closest to the natural light.
You may also wish to use the Glam station. There are easily accessible plug points in this space and around the room too.

Contact
(usually 4 weeks prior)
Our couples have a helpful portal to store and log all their wedding notes including their glam team.
Once the couple has been allocated their coordinator, the coordinator will be in touch with you before the day to introduce themselves and send this information as a reminder, if we have any questions, we’ll ask at this time too (if not before).
We appreciate our check-in information maybe repetitive for frequent visitors, it’s always good to have a refresher if there’s been a gap between visits.
When convenient for you, we would be grateful if you could please confirm your arrival time to set up on the day, a mobile number for the day and if you have any questions yourself, please do not hesitate to ask.

You can access the Main Dressing room from the back of the barn.
Follow the signs for deliveries, you’ll find a black door (open ready for your arrival). The door opens out towards you.
Once through the doorway you’ll see a flight of stairs. Head up the stairs.
From the landing, go left and into the dressing room.
Wi-Fi
If you’d like to access Wi-Fi on site, you’re welcome to use the barns complimentary.
The Wi-Fi you will need to connect to is ‘Guest Wi-Fi’ and the password is ‘password’.
Assistance
On arrival or during preparations if need any assistance please either ring the dressing room bell or head across the landing and knock on the main office door. The coordinator of the day will regularly be visiting the dressing room and keen to help with any questions or assistance.
Departure
When it’s time to depart, you can head back down the stairs and out of the back of the building directly to the main car park. If you need any assistance, please ask a team member.
