If there are two things Samantha Unger holds in high regard, it would be kindness and Canadian heartthrob Justin Bieber. The 15-year-old William Lyon Mackenzie Collegiate Institute student decided to combine the pair and run a competition focusing on acts of kindness, with the prize being two tickets to Bieber’s Wednesday, May 18
show at Air Canada Centre in support of his Purpose tour. The rules are simple. Open to those in the Greater Toronto Area aged 18 years old and younger, the competition calls for participants to submit a written piece (250 to 600 words) or a video (30 seconds to two minutes) to a website Samantha created detailing a time they performed an act of kindness and how they felt about it.
