Basically, there are two types or forms of MSA: The MSA-P and MSA-C. Both these forms involve dysautonomia. Have a look at its types and MSA symptoms: MSA-P It produces symptoms such as slurred speech, rigid muscles, lack of facial expression etc. MSA-P progresses more rapidly than Parkinsonism. MSA-C Progressive loss of coordination and balance are some of the symptoms of MSA-C. Whenever MSA-C patients reach for an object, they may experience an action tremor.
