Cheesecake for the Dieter INGREDIENTS 2 lbs. farmer cheese 6 eggs 3 tsp. lemon juice 20 Splenda packets

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Combine all ingredients, except for the cinnamon, well by hand. 3. Pour into a parchment paper–lined 9x13 baking pan, or into individual cupcake pans. 4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
