Handover
A meticulous process ensures that every project is executed with precision, leaving no room for errors or overlooked details. We take pride in our work, and our motto is simple: client satisfaction is our priority. We believe this unwavering attention to detail is the recipe for our continued success.
Our Methodology for the Design Phases

Phase 1:
1
Initial Consultation and Concept Development
This phase initiates your project with a focus on understanding your vision and developing preliminary concepts. We start by engaging in detailed discussions to capture your goals, preferences, and requirements. Initial design concepts are then created and presented, along with a preliminary budget estimate. Based on your feedback, we refine the concepts, update the budget, and outline the project schedule and milestones. Finally, we issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) to formalize our commitment to proceed.

Phase 5: Handover
5
Upon project completion, we focus on final inspections, quality assurance, and defect management. Detailed O&M manuals and as-built documentation are provided, along with client training and support. We coordinate with local authorities for the Occupation Certificate and compile all relevant documentation for the final handover.
Phase 2:

Design and Development
In this phase, we refine the design and develop detailed plans. We incorporate feedback to optimize design elements and create comprehensive architectural and engineering plans. This includes detailed construction drawings and FF&E schedules, specifying materials and finishes. All designs are aligned with local building codes and sustainability standards.

Phase 3: Project Management and Coordination
Effective project management ensures the design vision is executed smoothly. We assemble a skilled project team, develop a detailed project timeline, and manage council approvals, including Development Approvals (DA), Construction Certificates (CC), and Occupation Certificates (OC). Budget management is closely monitored to track expenditures and manage risks.

Site Preparation and Construction Phase 4:
This phase involves preparing the site and managing the construction process. We conduct site assessments, procure materials, and plan logistics. Pre-start meetings are held with stakeholders to review plans and safety protocols. During construction, we manage daily activities, hold progress meetings, and ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
Phase 6:

Post-handover Support
6
After the official handover, we provide ongoing support, including additional defect rectification, project photography, final invoicing, and health checks at 6 and 12 months to ensure long-term success.
