Fresh Pasta with Chicken, Zucchini and Bacon

Bacon 2 zucchini, sliced 300g chicken breast, sliced 1 pack fresh pasta Cherry tomatoes Frozen corn (defrosted) 1/2 cup tomato puree Handful of grated parmesan cheese Minced garlic and herbs
To Make:
1. Grill bacon until edge is crisp; when cooled down, cut into strips
2. In a saucepan, add minced garlic and sauté zucchini until it is soft, set aside
3. In the same saucepan, pan-fry chicken with some garlic until golden brown, set aside
4. In a large saucepan, boil water and cook pasta as instructed on pack. Before draining, reserve approximate 1 cup of pasta water
5. On a medium heat, stir in tomato puree, 1/2 cup pasta water and parmesan cheese. (adjust them to your desired texture.) Add drained pasta, corn and chicken, season with herbs or salt to taste 6. Add cherry tomatoes, give it a quick stir and remove saucepan from heat
7. Assemble pasta, with zucchini and bacon on top
