Welcome Cards Start by signing the Welcome Cards and addressing each card to the appropriate teacher. Many administrators tell us they provide a personal note to each teacher inside the card. They say that when they do, they are overwhelmed by the positive responses from their teachers.
Kick Off the Program! Distribute the Welcome Card, the Easy-Finder™ Index, and the first lesson of THE MASTER TEACHER Weekly Pd PROGRAM to each teacher. Then, use the kick-off speech/memo to introduce the program to your staff (available online at www.masterteacher.com/mtpd-program).
