Purpose The GlobalCampus Microsites will build a new and more niche specific way to market and sell study abroad programs. This new online tool will enable us to more effectively market and convert by utilizing content that is catered to the demographic for each specific location. In addition to segmented content these sites will increase our ability to be visible in both natural and paid online marketing channels. The purpose of this document is not only to determine functionality for initial launch but to scope the life cycle of these websites. The project includes the entire scope from musthaves to nice-to-haves and allows for growth. Based on the specifications contained within this document it is expected that proposals can be submitted for review. August 15, 2009 is the launch date for the first Microsite. CEA has contractually committed to this date for the first site with our premier partner in Prague, Czech Republic, AngloAmerican University, due to our ability to utilize this tool within the fall 2009 recruitment season. It is expected that based off of this document that a vendor will be able to provide a proposal that is “Not to Exceed a given dollar amount to be completed by the vendor no later than July 31, 2009. Any further function or enhancement would require a change order to be submitted and returned with estimated cost and time line for CEA approval.

Introduction The CEA GlobalCampus Education Network (name is not yet finalized) consists of the CEA GlobalCampus Network, Premier Partners, and Partner Program options. www.GoWithCEA.com markets all of these product lines, but was designed for the Partner Program model. The CEA GlobalCampus Network, a sub-set of the umbrella network, presently spans across six cities in Europe that are operated and staffed wholly by CEA; we are also actively investigating expansion into additional cities across the globe. It is our contention that our site architecture is holding these product offerings back from reaching success by not being able to sufficiently market the benefits of the CEA GlobalCampus locations to both students (B2C) and faculty (B2B). A seventh destination in Prague consists of a Premier Partnership with Anglo-American University, wherein, we are responsible for all US & Canadian enrollment to their university through CEA programs; this relationship will bolster enrollments for both organizations and allow the students to have the most wellrounded and complete educational experience abroad. It is our intent to create one Microsite for each CEA GlobalCampus location and our Premier Partners, each with a unique brand name. However, site layout, template, navigation, and general design elements will be standardized across all sites to facilitate ease in the design, integration process, and allow for additional sites to be added utilizing the same basetemplate. This in turn empowers CEA to effectively market and sell these locations in a unique and higher converting manner.

Project Summary The scope of this project is to create the template for these sites as well as the design standards specifically for the Prague destination site, which will be the first full site to roll out. The CEA GlobalCampus Network structure will determine the elements and template for the Microsites. The Premier Partner Microsite(s) will then be made to fit that same template; the main difference being that it will be co-branded.

Requirements High Level Requirements Our vision is to roll out location specific Global Education websites each having unique brand names and graphic design. Each site would share an information architecture, template and navigational elements to create ease for the vendor to both integrate and replicate each site. The objective of this project is to create that template.
