We offer a comprehensive test review session that’s appropriate for students preparing to take either the classroom or state exams for both Unit I and Broker courses. This review lasts for approximately 4 hours and covers almost 400 potential test questions. You may purchase the handout package to review on your own or view the seminar online. Sharing this handout is not allowed.

We offer a 7 day course plan. Enrolled students must actively participate in the course and start/finish on time. Course completions will be submitted to the NMLS within seven days after the course end date. Students who do not log in to their course on the first day of the session will be required to move to another session.

To become an apprentice and ultimately a licensed appraiser, a total of 150 hours of class is required, along with a 24 month apprenticeship. The courses we offer will satisfy all requirements for the apprentice level license and the regular license level. To become a Certified Residential Appraiser, in addition to the 200 hours of classroom instruction, you will need an Associate’s Degree or at least 21 hours of the following college coursework: English Composition, Principles of Economics (Micro or Macro), Finance, Algebra/Geometry/or Higher Mathematics, Statistics, Introduction to Computers, Word Processing/Spreadsheets and Business or Real Estate Law.
