TO CELEBRATE Whether you are marking a wedding, an engagement or the festive season to come here are some delicious ways to celebrate.
CRANBERRY MIMOSA 120ml
cranberry juice

champagne sparkling sugar, for garnish fresh cranberries, for garnish
POMEGRANATE AND GINGER SPRITZER 1 tbsp
pomegranate seeds
2 dashes
Angostura bitters
15ml
refrigerated pomegranate juice
METHOD – Dip the rims of two champagne glasses into water then sparkling sugar. Pour 59ml cranberry juice into each glass. Add 118ml champagne to each glass. Top with a few fresh or frozen cranberries and serve immediately.

brandy (or amber rum)

ginger liqueur

chilled dry sparkling white wine

Amaretto
splash
club soda (optional)
15 ounces
Grand Marnier
thin lemon slices
15ml
Irish cream liqueur
METHOD – Half fill a large wine glass with ice, and pomegranate seeds together. Add bitters, pomegranate juice, brandy, and ginger liqueur. Top with sparkling wine and, if desired, club soda, and stir gently. Add lemon slices.
